Is Noah's Heart Manipulating Their Pre-Registrations?

People often ask me.. “Stix, why do you cover so many crappy Asian MMOs like Noah’s Heart, Tower of Fantasy, Gran Saga.. they’re all weeby Anime trash that look and play like crap.
And this. This right here is why I cover crappy Asian MMOs.
In the short period that Noah’s Heart has had pre-registration open, they have accumulated a grand total of 6,518,881 players interested in the game.
For reference, Lost Ark was one of the largest MMO releases in recent memory, topping 1.3 million total concurrent players at its peak, with over 4.7 million total players registered and playing within a 3-day period. Not even Final Fantasy XIV managed to pull numbers like that on the launch day of Endwalker.

Despite the gargantuan interest in Lost Ark, which was in no small part due to the extensive marketing Amazon did for the game, having streamers, Youtuber’s, news websites all cover the game – Noah’s Heart has its eyes set on absolutely dominating the market upon its release, shattering every record set before it.
All while averaging a grand total of 2,120 followers on Twitter, and 20 to 30 likes per Tweet.

noah2

6 and a half million interested players.. and 2 thousand of them followed their socials? That sounds a little off to me. Especially given the fact that the official Noah’s Heart joined Twitter 2 years ago, and has therefore had years to garner a following online.

Let’s take a moment here and compare this to a few other games announced recently, that are going to be direct competition for it.

Here’s Zenless Zone Zero, a game that was just announced. And in the 3-month period their Twitter has been online, they’ve accumulated 174,600 followers and average thousands of likes per Tweet.

“But Stix, that’s a Hoyo game, you can’t compare a game like Noah’s Heart to a game being developed by Hoyo,” That argument holds some weight, which is why we have several games to compare this to.

Here’s Wuthering Waves, a brand new game revealed what, last month? And in the month the Twitter has been public, they’ve accumulated 34,600 followers, and average thousands of likes per Tweet.
I mean I’m beginning to see a little bit of a pattern here, but this is just 2 games. Not nearly enough to drive across my point.

Here’s Arknights: Endfield. Another gorgeous new Anime game announced just a couple months back that has had their Twitter public for all of 2 months? Has accumulated just shy of 50,000 followers, and – in a shocking turn of events, averages thousands of likes per Tweet.
Alright, alright. While all of these games were announced within the last few months, there is only one game currently available that is true, direct competition for Noah’s Heart.
Yes, all of these games are open-world Anime games. But Noah’s heart is also an MMO. So let’s compare it directly with an MMO launching in the very near future, at approximately the same time.

Tower of Fantasy is an MMO I’ve been hyping for over a year now. It’s a game I both had a ton of fun in, and simultaneously feel is going to underperform after players realize how different it is to traditional MMOs, and how similar core systems are to Genshin.
Nevertheless, in the few months their Global Twitter has been public for, they’ve accumulated just shy of 70,000 followers, and average…. well, admittedly significantly less interaction than the aforementioned titles. But several hundred, to several thousand likes per Tweet, showing a growing interest in the game.

This is.. a strange occurence. It’s almost like these highly anticipated games have people not only following their social accounts, but also simultaneously actively engaging with the Tweets they make.
Compare that to the negligible sum that Noah’s Heart have amassed, yet the overwhelming number of players supposedly interested in the game? Things don’t add up.
Heck, even Artery Gear: Fusion, a competing game that just launched last month has 6,000 followers and averages hundreds of likes per Tweet. And they only had approximately 500,000 players pre-register for their game leading up to their launch. That’s less than 10% of the total Noah’s Heart has.

Many people believe Archosaur Games, the team behind Noah’s Heart are fabricating those numbers. Manually altering them periodically to achieve numbers that are so unbelievable – that it has left many of us.. well, in disbelief.
This is an MMO with no real direction. Poor quality combat that is mostly auto-play. A pretty mediocre world design. And all ’round a sub-par game. I’d say it’s actually a step BACK from what Dragon Raja was.
And there are 6 million people waiting to play this? You jest.
Now there has been speculation that a lot of these pre-registrations came from TikTok as Archosaur have been advertising the game over there – but do you mean to tell me, that you go out of your way to navigate to their website to pre-register, and not bother to follow their socials? Only 2,000 out of 6.5 million did?
C’mon. What do you take us for?

Yes, this could be the biggest MMO release of 2022 – by far. But at the same time, the odds are in favor of this being a massive marketing ploy that is about to blow up in their face. And I’m more than happy to be covering it. Bringing it to the attention of some of you.
Even if that means the Noah’s Heart community will pull out the pitch forks and want to crucify me. What else is new.

MY FINAL THOUGHTS After 3 Weeks in Noah's Hearts' Global Closed Beta

More cross-platform anime MMO games are popping up than any year before. We have Tower of Fantasy, Ni No Kuni Crossworlds, Gran Saga on the horizon, Diablo Immortal, and who knows what else! And now we have Noah’s Heart, a new MMORPG Gacha game that is for PC, iOS, and Android.

Noah’s Heart, is a self-proclaimed “next-generation MMORPG” by Archosaur Games. It offers players a seamless open world to explore. Real-time combat. A character creator to give you that sense of identity. This is the very definition of an MMO, and after spending hours playing and streaming the most recent Global Closed Beta, I have some opinions. Opinions that might help you get a better gauge on what to expect.

Before I can get into the specifics of the game, let’s just talk about the character creator itself. Between the choices of male or female and gussying them up to look your best, I did find that it was extremely difficult to make myself look adult on either male or female. So basically, you are the chosen hero of the world but also possibly around teen years. So let’s hope you finish your schoolwork before going out to be the very best like no one ever was. The character creator itself is fairly good. I didn’t feel like I could make anything too crazy or unique, but still cute and colorful enough to give myself a flair of me. There’s options like tall, short, skinny, “chubby”, tan, light, make-up, a small variety of hairs, and various choices on eyebrows and irises. I’d love to show you more in detail, but unfortunately when I started this game it was on my phone in the middle of a beach with barely any Internet as it was a mad race to get in. It was supposed to be a closed beta, but it pretty much allowed for anyone to join so long as you made an account before the cap was reached. Poor Stix, despite being invited, couldn’t join as it filled with a lot of folks very quickly! You’ll also be faced with choosing a weapon type, and don’t freak out, you can change this at any time. There is sword and shield, polearm, dual blades, and bow. Each weapon type has a skill tree to unlock to make you an even more formidable foe on the battlefield. I’ll actually go more in detail upon the combat in a little bit, but first I want to talk about the world itself.

The world is huge with changing weather and day and night cycles. It’s actually round and explorable by means of horse, swimming, grappling hook, jetpack, trains, boats, airships, and NPC cars. The overall theme is a steampunk virtual world with endless possibilities and it does feel rather endless. If you want to go to an island, just hop on a boat. I had no clue where the boat was taking me, but I just trusted the process. Being a curious explorer, I just let the boat take me where it wanted to and I ended up in a lvl 70 area somewhere in a jungle. I couldn’t find anything to do there, probably because I wasn’t lvl 70, but it was rather lovely to ride around and see. I spent the total of the 3 weeks exploring as much as I possibly could and trying as much as I could. Throughout the world are chests, challenges, side quests, and world bosses that appear at certain times in the day. There’s also collecting to be done in the world as there is crafting. You’ll be able to make recipes to feed your phantoms so they fall into friendship with you, create outfits that you’ll gather from the story or become closer to your phantoms that’ll eventually give you their outfit. Build furniture for your house. You can even go around the world and find wild horses to tame and breed. Just like the world, the amount of things you can do is a boundless range of things to do besides story quests. Because trust me, you’re going to need to focus on things to do beyond the story as it does become lvl locked at certain times.

A great resource for finding things to do is your growth book, aka adventure book. For the sake of time, I most likely won’t be delving too deep into what there is to do, because that’s going to take me a while. So in superficial terms there are dungeons called realms where you’ll face different challenges with increasing rewards, phantom training where you can fight alongside your phantom of choices to garner rewards to level them, temple of time which is basically a tower progression system with rewards, realm of chaos that unlocks at lvl 60 where you can go at it alone or with friends to another tower-like progression battle that gives you upgrade materials and keys for a constellation system that adds to your overall stats, trials of wind that are fun little adventures, trails of light that is another tower-progression system to give you phantom upgrades, battle trials for phantom upgrade material, season stories that pull in characters from the main story, PvP arenas, your own home with activities, guild halls with activities like dancing at the fire and guild challenges. And I know I haven’t even touched everything and I’ll go into further detail here shortly on a few aspects but if I’m being quite frank, the amount of things I can and should be doing in this game feels borderline a little overwhelming. It also feels overwhelming when you sign on. There’s just, so…many….red….things…to click and attend to upon logging in. On average I think I spent five or more minutes clicking through things before actually beginning gameplay.

noahs-heart-1-min

When you’re participating in these activities, you’ll be consuming energy, which there are two systems of in this game. There is fatigue that drains when you enter a realm, so be careful on what you want to spend your fatigue on. Then there is energy, which relates solely to your career options such as tailoring, crafting, and cooking. Both of these will replenish each day. And as I mentioned at the start of this game, there is a gacha system. It has a standard gacha system that we’re all becoming more familiar with since the explosion of Genshin Impact. After 60 summons you are guaranteed an SSR drop but if one drops before the 60 mark the chance will reset. Though something a touch different is a wishlist. You can add the SSR or SR character of your choice to a wishlist that will increase the chances of the character to drop for the day. The wishlist will reset everyday so make sure to set your wish before you roll. Duplicates will just feed into leveling your characters, so nothing is wasted. Should you have friends on your friends list, you can share a luxury of exchanging friend points that can also be used towards more summons on the friendship phantom card. So make sure you at least find active friends for your friend’s list. Otherwise you’re stuck with the regular card pulls that will utilize lucky coins, which appear to be purchasable probably upon release and obtained from world activities and diamonds, which can be acquired simply by doing things about the world and guild contribution. The phantoms themselves are utilized in dungeons, and you’ll want to pick one to possess you but they will not change your looks. This will only allow you to not only have your weapon of choice, but the skillset of your phantom. It’s important to level them as they level more abilities will unlock, level their weapons for better stats, and sign soul contracts with them to increase their stats as well. As I mentioned before, you can increase your friendship with your phantoms as well. As your closeness increases, so too will your conversations. They will begin texting you, giving you quests, and generally give you gifts as you give them gifts. Upon maxing them out, you will obtain their outfit that you will then of course need to craft at the tailor. One thing  that does bother me about these phantoms is the fact their artwork looks absolutely stunning, but the stark difference between the character card and what they look like in game is honestly unsettling. But beyond looks, each phantom is unique and fun to play as to find what style works best for you, especially in dungeons and PVP.

noahs-heart-2-min

The combat itself is auto-lock on and your 3 phantoms, besides the one that is possessing you, come alongside you into battle and will navigate themselves. The dungeons can typically be done with real people or just you and your phantoms, the social choice is yours. Most dungeons do have an option for auto-combat, but should you have a timed event like in one of the dungeons where I needed to collect rocks before the timer runs out, they will just stare at you doing all the work whereas real players assist. Very few challenges require real people, even if it makes it faster, which is nice for anti-socials like myself. World bosses are fought with real people and only the phantom possessing you will come along for the fight so choose your strongest one! PvP also utilizes real people, or at least I think so. Some PvP matches I went into no one was moving and just kinda occasionally hit me but I’m not entirely sure they were bots. Also, the music in the PvP was a whole on BOP. Like I can’t, just…just listen. I suppose this is where I should state that there is no auto-combat in PvP except in one singular mode. There are three modes of PvP that can be done 5 times each each day and 2 modes that require specific days and times. The three daily modes are honor arena where it’s you vs the other person one time. Top duel, that will require 3 phantoms to possess you for a total of 3 rounds. Fantasy arena, which is totally hands off combat where your team fights the enemy’s team. Team match, which I was able to jump into, is 4 real people vs 4 other real people and the team to reach 8 kills before the end of the timer or the highest number of kills before the end of the timer, wins. Then finally the ultimate operation that I honestly didn’t even get a chance to get into because of the locked days and times! So just imagine something cool with 4 other people happening here because I have no clue what this mode does.

I also can’t really talk about the combat without also touching upon how it felt to play the game on PC vs phone. So as I mentioned at the start of the video, I did have to start out playing on the phone as I was at a beach. The controls were ok for a phone, but when I finally got home to the PC I found it to be very unfriendly for mouse and keyboard users. So the mouse itself moves the camera around but movement is the standard WASD. However, attacks are also bound to the keyboard as well and can not be rebound to the mouse at all. This left me needing to let go of my mouse to press my attacks and then quickly snap back to my mouse to turn my camera so I could face yet another enemy to attack. You can opt to use a controller, but it is not supported in terms of coming with buttons already set up to be used. You’ll need to manually put in the bindings if you choose to utilize the controller. Basically if you’re not playing this game on mobile it’s annoying in one form or another to play.

noahs-heart-3-min

I feel like if I needed to sum the game up in one word it would actually be annoying. Between the amount of time spent pushing red notifications, struggling to move between mouse and keyboard, and generally having FPS issues it did get a bit annoying. Now granted that didn’t stop me from finding enjoyment within it as it was indeed a means to pass the time and does indeed have some features I enjoy within a game. The exploration is fun, the amount of things you can do is nice, and the little challenges you’d find were also fun. But there’s a lot that I believe needs to be rectified before I can say I’d choose this game over other cross-platform games that are coming out this year within the same genre. However, if this game still looks interesting to you, and it is interesting you can go and pre-register now for rewards upon launch and I’ll put the link below to the website so you can find it easily. Anway, this was Mrs Stix logging off for now. Bai!

Pre-Register for Noah's Heart's Official Global Launch!

Noah’s Heart is a brand new upcoming Anime MMORPG from Archosaur Games, the same dev team behind the popular (albeit pay to win) Dragon Raja.

Noah’s Heart just launched into its second Closed Beta test as of the last week, which will last until June. We’re covering this every day over on Twitch – if you’re interested in joining us. Noah’s Heart is completely cross-platform compatible, being available for play on PC, Android and iOS devices, much like Genshin Impact, Tower of Fantasy, ODIN: Valhalla Rising and Gran Saga. This is one of the very first fully cross-platform MMOs.

Noah’s Heart is releasing in the very near future, in full English. They confirmed a Global release over on their website, and this Closed Beta is Globally accessible. While the Closed Beta is currently closed for new registrations, they did open up pre-registration for the OFFICIAL LAUNCH. Which you can pre-register for by clicking the button below!

Noah's Heart: How was the Closed Beta?

I recently covered Noah’s Heart, a brand new Anime MMORPG from the developers of Dragon Raja: Archosaur Games. They’d released a new trailer, they’d announced their Closed Beta pre-registration was currently ongoing. And honestly? Since Anime MMOs are my thing, it’s a no-brainer that I’d want to cover it.
And while both Mrs Stix and I applied to the Closed Beta test, it turns out there were limitations imposed that we weren’t aware of.
On December 21st, the developers announced that they had expanded the maximum number of players allowed to participate in the Beta to 10,000 – but only the first 10,000 players that logged in would get to participate.
Being at my in-laws’ for Christmas… you bet I missed that opportunity.

This was the first Beta test for Noah’s Heart, and.. well there were some issues. Quite a few issues. Nothing game-breaking, but issues where players would repeatedly crash, players were stuck at 99% when attempting to download and update the game, there was immense lag.
Honestly, given they have Dragon Raja – a large-scale MMO, you’d think at the very least concerning lag they would’ve made an active effort to purchase servers that could’ve handled 10,000 players logged in concurrently.

Regardless, Archosaur seemingly fixed the issues over the course of the first day, and the remainder of the test phase went over without too many hiccups. One concern I saw from players – across social media and in various Youtube video comment sections was the fact that it looked too similar to Genshin Impact.
That the game, more specifically, looked like a “cheap Genshin clone.” I’m well aware that every “open-world game” with any type of anime aesthetic is instantly labeled a “Genshin clone,” and as such it was only a matter of time until this game received the same treatment, but Noah’s Heart is quite different.
On the one hand, Noah’s Heart is an MMORPG. Genshin is an online RPG. Meaning that in Noah, you are required to play with and coexist with other players within the world. There’s no option for solo-play.
Genshin has a plethora of different characters you can recruit. These characters are, arguably, some of the best looking I’ve come across in the entire genre.
Nevertheless, Noah’s Heart doesn’t have alternate characters. Rather, you pick your class from a selection of Sword and Shield, Dual Blades, Bow and Polearm. You then proceed to create your character – something that Genshin does not allow for.
You can recruit Waifu’s, though, from what I’ve seen, however, as opposed to being able to actively use them like in Tower of Fantasy, the Waifu’s play more of a passive role, buffing, debuffing and providing support from afar.
This does admittedly add additional layers to the combat, as depending on which Waifu’s you bring with you into battle the course of the encounter could differ substantially.
I’m uncertain of how many Waifu’s there are to recruit, how you go about recruiting all of them or how many you’re limited to equipping at any given time. I’ll need to get into the English version of the game to fully test that out.

noahs-heart-2

If I were to compare this to any other title, I’d say it most closely resembles Dragon Raja. I played Dragon Raja on PC recently, and this game looks like a more polished version of it. Graphically, anyway.
I’d always thought Archosaur did incredibly well with regards to the style of the game, and I feel as though Noah’s Heart is no different. This is built using Unreal Engine 4, like most MMOs built for mobile devices seem to be doing in this day and age.
There are points where I look at the game and think it looks a little barren. And that’s more than fine – they are, after all, still heavily in the process of developing the game, and this was their first smaller-scale Beta test. I’m hoping – genuinely hoping that this is not how the game looks when it fully releases.

The combat itself actually looked and felt pretty good. Movement felt fast, felt fluid. Your actions looked very responsive. The abilities themselves didn’t seem overwhelmingly over-the-top. Rather, much more tame in scope and scale.
But then again the only combat I saw was low level, so it’s difficult to accurately gauge how combat will end up with 30 people spamming AoEs in large-scale content.
I believe the combat is kinda hybrid? You could use abilities without a target, but some abilities would lock on. I honestly wish I got to participate in this myself as I would’ve been capable of delving much deeper into it.

But you know what? I feel as though I can more accurately show you how the combat works by utilizing our trusty friend: Youtube. Do note that the gameplay I plan on showing is from other Youtuber’s, so please, make sure to check them and their channels out if you want to watch the full video and get the full experience!

To summarize: Noah’s Heart seems to be a competent MMORPG with a lot of potential, much like Dragon Raja had. The game features a completely open-world for players to explore. It has some fluid hybrid combat.
There’s a functional mount system, by air, land and sea. There are dungeons and raids for players to run. There are guilds for players to join. There are large cities for players to AFK in. There are various different professions you can engage in and level.
You can decorate your own house. And most importantly? You can play with hundreds, if not thousands of other players because this is an MMORPG.

And I know what you’re all thinking right now.
“Stix, is this only for mobile?” “Stix, is this coming out in 2022?” “Stix, is this coming out in English?”
It is currently unconfirmed what platforms specifically this will be released on. Dragon Raja, Archosaur Games’ other MMORPG is cross-platform between PC and Mobile devices. So it stands to reason they would want to take the same route with Noah’s Heart.
There is no confirmed release date as of December 2021. It is very likely to be releasing in 2022, given we’re already witnessing the game’s first Closed Beta test. Will it be released in English as well? Probably. Dragon Raja was, and the developers look like they want to cater to as many players as possible.

I don’t think Noah’s Heart is going to be the “next big MMORPG,” but I definitely believe it has the potential to be a solid cross-platform MMO one day. It might not, but let’s not disregard it before it has the chance to wow us. Or let us down.

Will Noah's Heart be Competition for Genshin Impact?

I know what you guys are thinking: This looks JUST like Genshin Impact. And, yeah, you know what? It actually does.
It looks eerily reminiscent of Genshin Impact, but that doesn’t make the game inherently bad – a lot of people compare the upcoming Tower of Fantasy MMO to Genshin Impact as well.
And whether you like Genshin or not, there’s no denying the effect it’s had on the industry. More and more developers are using Genshin as a benchmark and developing games with that audience in mind.

But we’re not here to talk about Genshin Impact. We’re here to talk about Noah’s Heart. How many of you remember Dragon Raja? I did a video on it back in.. 2019 I think.
Well, Noah’s Heart is being developed by the very same people. And before you click out of the video – let’s take a minute here and watch the trailer for the game.

Now this is an MMO that has been brought to my attention on various occasions. I continue to get DMs to this day inquiring as to why I’ve not covered it in a dedicated video.
Noah’s Heart, if you weren’t already aware, is currently accepting pre-registration for their upcoming test phase. Little is known about the requirements right now, other than the fact that it’s currently open.
The test phase was supposed to take place last week but judging by the chatter I’ve seen around the internet, it looks as though it has been delayed.
So if you’re looking to get into the game, now’s your chance to sign up.

The Taptap website gives us a little bit of information pertaining to the type of game Noah’s Heart is going to be.
“Noah’s Heart is an anthropomorphic planet large world exploration handheld game developed by Zulong Entertainment.
With the powerful performance and expressiveness of Unreal 4 engine, the game not only creates a unique seamless spherical continuous large map, but also breaks through the traditional MMORPG career restrictions and develops a more open and free gameplay system.
In addition, the game has next-generation graphics comparable to end-game and a high degree of freedom of the open world, with day and night rotation and weather change system to create a more realistic planet biological ecology, will bring players a more immersive exploration experience.”

At least, that’s what the North American synopsis says. The Chinese synopsis is actually a little different.
The Chinese version has additional text added on, stating that the game is “distributed by Tencent Games,” whereas the North American version has no publisher as of June 2021.
I’m aware that this might be a turnoff to some people. Tencent Games isn’t really known for developing, nor publishing quality titles. Nevertheless, this MMO is developed by Zulong Entertainment, and will likely have a completely separate publisher once it launches within North America and Europe.
And yes, there is a 100% confirmed English release of the game, as not only do we have an offiical English page, but we have an English Facebook page as well.
Granted, we don’t have any type of ETA on when the game will be releasing – either in the West or the East.

noahs-heart-2

One thing that Zulong plan on introducing into the game – a feature that will truly help set this game apart from its competition is a 100% procedurally generated world. You might not be familiar with this, but in essence, the entire world is going to be generated at random.
You’ve likely seen this done in dungeons at one point or another, but I’m uncertain how this is going to really effect the world given that they’re claiming this will be “completely open-world.” No loading screens whatsoever.
But my question then remains.. how are they going to go about procedurally generating it? Will it be regenerated regularly, or will it be a one-time thing? How large will the world be? Will the world change depending on who is in it?
Will every player have their own rendition of the world that is specific only to them? There are more questions than we have answers to right now, and that’s a little disconcerting. I don’t like having this many questions, especially when I’m unsure of whether I should even be excited for the game or not.

They plan on having a variety of different methods of transportation for players. You can traverse the world on foot, you can ride various types of mounts, you can sail the air via Airship.
Airship travel functions much like the Airship travel in WoW for those of you that have played it and experienced that. It’s been confirmed that players will be able to form relationships with various different NPCs around the world.
Yes, for those of us that are unable to converse with people IRL, we’ll be able to in-game. I feel like developers are actually doing this on purpose now. They know their target demographic, don’t they?

So I’m unsure of whether or not I should be excited for this. I’ve played my fair share of mobile games, and the vast majority of them have sucked. I’ve played a few good ones like Guardian Tales, and yes, to an extent, even Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact, so this releasing on Mobile first doesn’t make this a bad game.
It’s the developers, and consequently the publishers that will ultimately decide whether this is a good or bad game.

As of June 2021, this is confirmed to be releasing on the same platform as Dragon Raja: Mobile, but that doesn’t rule out other platforms in the future.

Noah's Heart Opens Closed Beta Pre-Registration

Typically I tend to avoid discussing mobile MMOs – the majority of our viewers aren’t really all that interested in them as our target demographic are predominantly PC players. But every now and then, like in the case of Black Desert Mobile or Dragon Raja, I feel obligated to cover a mobile title. This is one of those such instances.

In this case, Noah’s Heart is a brand new upcoming Steampunk MMORPG announced over 6 months ago. All we had to go on up until that point was a short trailer.

This MMO being developed by Archosaur Games, the very same people that brought us the PC MMORPGs Jade Dynasty and Swordsman Online, along with the mobile MMORPG Dragon Raja. So in this instance, we have a decent track record with which to gauge the game off of. The reason we’re here today discussing this is because they’ve made note that the game is going to be entering Closed Beta testing with pre-registration opening on June 27th. Yes, after over half a year of complete silence, the developers have revealed that there is going to be a Beta test this year, with the first test specifically taking place in July 2021.

From what I’ve seen of the game thus far, this is actually a pretty good looking title for a mobile game and honestly, I’ll be keeping an eye on it. If you want to pre-register for the game, then simply click the following link to be taken to TapTap.

Noah's Heart is a Brand New Upcoming MMORPG!

So it was just brought to my attention yesterday that Archosaur Games, the developers behind Dragon Raja are actually in the process of developing another MMORPG: Noah’s Heart.

What is Noah's Heart?

As you can see from the trailer, the game is set in a “post-civilization era,” with a unique blend of scifi, steampunk and fantasy. Interestingly enough, the game world while it looks large and open, is said to be procedurally generated.
This is an interesting route to take for an open-world MMORPG, honestly.
I can understand how this kind of random generation can function well inside instanced dungeons, but how will this work when you’re out in the field?
Is the world procedurally generated for each individual person, or is the world re-generated on a regular basis to provide a sense of relevance in terms of how new the world feels and how much of a purpose exploration serves?

There will be multiple methods of transportation for players, including but not being limited to travelling on foot and by airship, which happens seamlessly.
Yes, this is a direct confirmation that there will be no loading screens out within the world, meaning it will not feature instanced areas or even segregated zones.
Like Black Desert and Lost Ark, players are actually capable of forming relationships with various NPCs scattered around the game world, resulting in new and exciting events appearing.
Much like Dragon Raja, during the course of the game’s story you’re going to be required to make decisions that will effect not only the outcome of the scenario you’re in, but also the overall game itself.
So no, letting every character die is probably not the right choice to make.

Noah's Heart Release Date?

Currently, Noah’s Heart is scheduled to release on Mobile devices in 2021, however, there is no confirmed set date for a global release. Not currently, anyway.

Noah’s Heart truly looks like a beautiful Mobile MMORPG. And if Dragon Raja is anything to go off of, this will probably end up being even better than what we have now.
